Oracle Open World 2011 (or OOW11 as we ‘insiders’ call it) starts in just a week (Oct 2-6) and promises to be a great show for anyone interested in CRM On Demand. There are over a dozen sessions specifically dedicated to CRM On Demand topics – from analytics and architecture to support and roadmap.

If you plan to be there, make sure to stop by my session: Oracle CRM On Demand Deployment Best Practices

I’ll be in Moscone West, RM 2005, on Wednesday at 5PM. I know, terrible time slot (right before the big concert), but I assure you it will be worth your time. I’ve lined up three great speakers who will be sharing their real-world experiences deploying CRMOD and lessons learned along the way (plus me).

Stop by the podium and say “hey”! Also, I’ll be in the Oracle Bookstore on-site on Wednesday from 10 – 10:30 AM to stand around and hopefully sign a book or two!

Will YOU be at Open World? Leave a comment and let me know!

I will be there! I also will be at the bookstore, but on Monday at 10 am where I will be happy to sign any of my books. I will also be presenting at 11:00 AM on Monday on best practices for CRM On Demand Reporting Performance – oddly enough, in Moscone West rm 2005. We will try to not trash the room too bad for you – but no promises. ;-)
